We all know that there is always a potential for being scammed on the Internet. We have all heard about the Nigerian scam where the recipient was offered a large sum of money for a small favor, but was eventually scammed out of thousands of dollars himself when attempting to facilitate the request. Such false promises may be easy to identify and avoid, but it becomes very difficult to do so when scams are actually presented
as legitimate job opportunities.
One such common scam is the data entry scam. You may hear about this opportunity via email, or through banners which are displayed on other websites. These data entry scams manage to convince a lot of people that they are in fact being hired by large multinational companies in order to perform simple tasks and that they are willing to pay impressive amounts of money, even though the job in question does not require the applicant to have any specialized skills.
The fact is that these common data entry scams are often referring to ads on Google Adwords, these are commonly referred as Google typing jobs or Google online jobs. But, you do not get paid for simply writing Google ads or doing Google typing jobs for different companies. This data entry scam is just a sham for affiliate marketing.
The companies which ‘hire’ you are for these Google typing jobs are in fact, just promoting their affiliate marketing program and you need to write ads and sell their product online yourself. You only make money when the company makes a sale from your advertising efforts. This means that you not only lose the money you paid for registration and training material, you also need to spend your own money on advertising their product, with no guarantee that you will make anything at all. Avoid such online data entry scams at all costs and stick with a handful of serious companies. Seven figures yearly through data entry? Maybe just on paper!
